Salary Arrears refers to the payment of previously unpaid or underpaid wages or salary due to adjustments, errors, or changes in salary structure. It is essentially the difference between the amount an employee was entitled to receive and the amount they actually received during a specific period.

In this Arrear Excel Program, separate sheets have been created for creating 4 types of arrears.

7th Pay Arrear – Using this sheet, you can create 7th Pay Arrear from 01-01-2017 till date.
Arrear Probation Fixation – Arrears created after permanentisation after completing the probation period. Using this sheet, you can create 7th Pay Arrear from 01-01-2017 till date.
6th Pay Arrear – Using this sheet, you can create 7th Pay Arrear from 01-01-2006 to 31-12-2016.
Arrear with Optional Increment – In this sheet, option has been given to apply annual salary increment in January and July, through this, you can create 7th Pay Arrear from 01-01-2017 till date.

Use Of Arrear Excel Sheet

OFFICE NAME – Enter the name of the office.
EMPLOYEE NAME – Enter the name of the employee.
DESIGNATION – Enter the post of the employee.
EMPLOYEE STATUS – Enter the category of the employee.
INCREAMENT – Enter the month of annual salary increment.
ARREAR DATE FROM (DD-MM-YYYY) – Write the date from which the arrears are to be created.
ARREAR DATE UP TO (MM-YYYY) – Write the date till which the arrears are to be created.
OLD BASIC PAY – Enter the previous salary.
NEW BASIC PAY – Enter the new salary.
HRA (BEFORE 01.07.2021) – Select the applicable house rent. (Before 01.07.2021 – 8,16,24 whatever)
HRA (AFTER 01.07.2021) – Select the applicable house rent. (After 01.07.2021 – 9,18,27 whatever)
TAX DED. % – Select the percentage of income tax to be deducted from the arrears amount.
PAY LEVEL – Select the office salary Pay Level.
